Atlas provides a level of personalised care that standard practices simply can’t offer.
Yes. Each doctor is limited to 500–600 patients. Standard GPs typically see 30–40 patients per day, while our concierge doctors see just 10–15. This ensures your doctor always has time for urgent appointments and can spend quality time with you at every visit.
Absolutely. Your Atlas doctor will collaborate and consult with any other medical practitioners involved in your care.
Yes. As long as you have internet access, you can consult with your Atlas doctor via video call, text message, and other mobile platforms.
Your Atlas doctor will work directly with hospital staff and specialists to coordinate your care and monitor your condition throughout your hospitalisation.
You’ll be notified at least seven days before any absence and provided with the name and contact details of a covering doctor. Annual assessments are not conducted during this period.
Your Atlas doctor will always endeavour to assist anyone needing medical attention. However, non-members’ care falls under the standard Gold Coast Medical Centre services and is not covered by your Atlas membership.
Membership starts from $69 per month, with pricing dependent on your level of access and services required. Please contact our office for a full breakdown of membership options.
Payments are made directly to Atlas Medical Concierge. The annual membership fee can be paid in monthly or quarterly instalments, depending on your chosen plan.
Yes. We accept Medicare and all consultations are bulk billed with no out-of-pocket charges.

Contact our office via phone, email, or in person to receive a membership agreement. Membership begins immediately upon completion and is renewable annually.

We currently operate from the Gold Coast Medical Centre on Oxley Drive, Runaway Bay, servicing over eight to twelve neighbouring suburbs. We plan to expand to additional locations based on patient demand.
