| Atlas Medical Concierge offers customised health plans based around Platinum, Gold and Silver levels. Patients are charged the relevant plan fee, at the time of their initial assessment – and subsequent annual assessments. This fee is non-rebateable by Medicare or any other health insurance provider, private or otherwise. All subsequent consultations will be bulk billed with no out of pocket cost to the patient. Disbursement costs for radiology, pathology, tests and screening, allied health providers, specialists, hospital charges, work cover, insurance, reports for lawyers and other third parties, transport, transfer and retrieval of patient, vaccination, medication and cosmetics will be for the client’s cost. | Patients are not locked in to any contract and may request to transfer his/her records to any other medical centre at any time.
